After more than 20 years as Head of HR in large industrial groups, in France and abroad, in generalist or HR specialist roles, I acquired a solid experience that I want to share with my clients.

 

Therefore, I decided to create HR Degee, which aims to support companies in their transformation.

 

We work with Major International Accounts and Intermediate Size Companies.

2. HR DIGITALIZATION & AI.

Companies have been engaged for several years in the digital transformation of their commercial activity. The support activities, and in particular the HR department, must also transform themselves to adapt and support this change. The HR function has certainly been computerized, but there are still many performance levers to improve productivity, efficiency of HR processes and the experience of employees.

 

Artificial Intelligence will make possible to analyze a large quantity of data that is difficult for humans to grasp, to free employees from tasks with low added value and to anticipate/secure decision-making.

 

3. HR PERFORMANCE.

Our third solution is more focused on start-ups, in full development. We have indeed observed that these Companies are very often absorbed by sales, marketing and finance issues to develop their business. The HR function can then take a back seat, with poorly adapted tools and processes, little digitization and above all no real long-term HR strategy.
